I am after a new set of wheels for the cinq. Ive seen loadsa wheels in mags and online, with a 4 stud pattern, 14"-15", all lookin the dogs dangly bits, but cant determine the offsets..being way out. Does anyone know of any site or wheels that look half decent, that will fit a cinq no probs??? Ta, G:D:D:D

Hi,

How bout these;
http://myphatwheels.mypicgallery.com/

There 14" 1000miglia Spyder+

Got them from 'Wheelbase'. Saw an add in Max Power. The car looks 10 times better.
Nice guys there, good advice too.
i advise you go for 195/45/14 and not 185/50, better performance and slightly smaller rolling radius.
Slightly more expensive but i got a good price and it looks to have payed off.

Ps. soz bout the poor pic, car needs big clean and had just got home from work.

Am i the only person to get my cinq airborn and sideways????

NO!!! Don't do it, they are the most common wheels ever seen on a Cinq, even when I was modding my Cinq 4 years ago everybody had them wheels! How much do they cost? about £600?

I had Fox Racing 5 wheels 6.5 x 15" 195/45/15 tyres, PCD was 4x98 and offset was 45 with 3mm spacers on the rear. They were fitted by Halfords/Ripspeed in Altrincham. They caught on the anti roll bar on full lock and slightly on the rear arches with someone in the back. Suspension was Eibach springs -30mm. Cost of wheels £450!

If you want a motosport look get in touch with compomotive direct, they can literally custom make your wheels. I nearly bought a set of 6 x 16" wheels with low profiles but ended up selling the car! Cost about £600

Also you cound get any 16" wheels on your car without any major arch work as long as they are less than 6.5" wide. Fox Premier 2 (6 spoke) wheels are perfect, same PCD and Offset as above. Cost about £500

Have a look around, you can get more for less!

Cheers

Hi,
Couldn't have been these wheels, only just released.
16's would be trouble!! my mates fifteens were bad enough.
If you want some black alloys, i've got a set of punto GT alloys in the antracite finish? think they fit a cinq, not sure? no tyres, good cond, yours for £100.
Wheelbase website is www.wheelbasedirect.co.uk
And no they didn't cost me £600, alot less in fact.

How did they get your fox's on with a offset of 45 and 3mm spacers as that would only make it an offset of 42 there is still a 13mm different in the offset!!
Plz correct me if im wrong but you would have great difficulty fitting them you sure teh offset wasn't 35mm not 45mm

Could have been 42 with 3mm spacer but pretty sure it was 45. I had them fitted in y2k. I will check when I get home.
Or you could ring Ripspeed in Altrincham the took photos etc. should have info on hand.

16" won't be a problem as long as you choose a rim that is 6.5" wide or less, this will obviously limit your choice but Compomotive and Fox do have these sizes. 16" with the lowest profile tyre is only and extra 1" if not less than 15" wheels with 195/45/15 tyres in diameter. I had them sized up on my car at an alloy wheel place in Orrell (sp?) near Wigan.

Mille Miglia Spyders??? They were about ages ago??

For pic of my old car go to Clubcento and see Max Power Live 2001 its the Red Cinq with the Bad Boy bonnet reg P*** XCW (if it is still there!)

Cheers
