General alloy wheels

i have been told by motor world that the TSW Pace and Tribe will fit directly onto a 2002 fiat punto with absolutly no mods or wobbly nuts because they are 4x98 not 4x100 and a punto is a 4x98. can you plz tell me if this is correct as im not sure and do not really understand much about it. i need a second opinion before i buy please thanks

it is indeed correct, the punto is 4x98 pcd with an offset of between 35-45 (i think) so the wheels should go directly on in place of the old wheels.

you want an off set of about 33mm on a mk2 35 may be ok, any more and you will need spacers
