Is there a product on the market to repair or fill in damage done to alloys? A paste or something to slim line the wheel??

Lowered 40mm: Its a go-kart!!!

Get some liquid metal from a motor shop (motormania, halfrauds etc...) and some 1200 sand paper, then mask the tyres off and use filler and then some new alloy paint (different from bodywork paint).
