Styling Alloy Refurb And Colour Change

Hey, Im thinking of getting my standard alloys refurbed and sprayed a different colour was thinking of
Black
Gun Metal
Or the same colour as my car (Colour Coded)

But im just wondering about if it would affect the insurance?
of course id tell them but i dont want to have to spend alot more money declaring them?

Gun Metal and no it wont.... it only a color, not gonna do anything to the car performance wise

This is totally up to the insurance company. Don't ever think that it's only a visual (colour) change that will not affect performance so won't bring up insurance.
A better looking set of wheels is more likely to get the car or wheels nicked so insurance could go up.
