Alloy bolts

Can someone answer me some Q.
1) I need the bolt head size ( key 17mm or 21mm)
2) lenght of the bolt (no head)
3) the Ø of the bolt
4) is the bolt similar to the bolts used on older Italian cars (Lancia, Fiat, Alfa)

Im making a prototype of a security bolt, cos. alloy wheels seem to get feet and run away during the night in my country.
I dont have the wheels yet, but I want to be ready when I buy some. (will have no request for wobbly bolts)

you can get lockin bolts for about £12 at fiat in the uk!

the bolt on the right is the type you need for alloys it has a bigger collar!

Thanks Ash, they look the same as my old delta ones. And I must add, I can buy locking bolts here, but the bastards have every unlocking system for them that U can buy - so I must construct my own.
