Technical Alarm

Hi there, I think my Seicento has the META alarm. It has worked fine for several years but the battery died this winter. I had a new battery fitted today but the alarm keeps going off each time I open the door. All brand new batteries in the Fobs. And brand new battery is Full. I have looked on the Forums but people go on about wiring etc.....but as I said, mine has worked perfectly for several years. Any ideas or sensible suggestions please otherwise I will chop off the siren/horn !!!!

back again, I see my indicators have got condensation in them . Would that be enough to trigger the alarm? Clutching at straws now.
