I'm a little confused with this one.
Changed the head unit today in the GP for a Sony DAB unit. Also brought the connect2 interface for steering wheel controls.
To my amazement the unit turns off when I switch the ignition off. Am I missing something here? Because I thought the GP had to have a ignition live wired to aftermarket units for this to happen.
Or is this something to do with the connect2 interface thats converting it somehow?
I'm not moaning at all lol I'm just intrested to know.
Saying that, Mrs is on a night shot tonight, ill prob have a phone call in the morning saying the car won't start ?
