Hi everyone, can anyone write me a detail guide on how to delock my car as i have had some theiving pikey break into my car but strangely enough didnt take anything, they just seemed to have a look through my stuff, and i thought this would create another hurdel for the bastards to overcome if the decide to have a go at my car again. Oh also just as a quicky is it easy to fit remote central locking to my car, it doesnt have any central locking at all, cheers!
Thanks in advance

why do you think delocking will stop them breaking in?the can still break the windows!
aftermarket deadlocks are more in line with your thinking, search for solex.
basically remove locks, weld a plate in,smooth with filler and spray.

plenty of posts on fitting remote locking whether it be retro fitting fiat parts or fitting kits

Cheers for your reply, i dont think that it will stop them, if someone wants to get in they will. I thought that it will make them think twice about which car to break into. I have also got the window tint safety stuff so its virtualy impossible for them to get in as the window shaters n stays in position due to the film so again making it harder for the bastards instead of smashing and falling all over the place. Thanks for your help anyway

The only way you wll stop theiving toerags braking into your car is buy your self a rotwieler and camp him in the back  then they will avoid your car like the plauge :woot:

lol sounds like a plan, all i wanted to do really is make the pikey think twice as then they are less likely to pick my car if there is someone elses next to me which is easier to get into. Still cant believe it happened to me in the middle of the day while i was at school and i was parked on a main road. GGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR anoys me that someone has the ordasity to do it.

lol i think we are starting to get slightly off topic now lol. So is the general consensus that remote central lockin is easy to fit but requires pateince and that I can make a half decent attempt with the delocking (I may debadge while im at it) as i am fairly handy with tools and practical things
