Some trim levels of the Grande Punto included a dome light for the rear passengers. My mom's '08 doesn't. Can I add it?

My issue is really with the headliner. I need to replace it, but the parts department has quoted me 30% of the price of the car for just the liner. I found a new one for sale that's meant for a trim level of the car that includes a rear dome light... so it has a hole in the middle. What is required (mounting point, wiring, fuses, etc.) to add the rear dome light?
