Technical Abarth 595 Uconnect7 LCD screen

Hi all - this is my 1st post so please be gentle.

I own a 2021 Abarth 595 Scorpioneoro and I've managed to fry the Uconnect7 LCD screen whilst fitting a reversing camera supplied by Naviplus here in Australia.

I'm wondering if I can use a Jeep Uconnect7 LCD screen which I can source via AliExpress. I don't seem to be able to find the Abarth screen.

For reference, both are made by Truly Semiconductors Ltd, Abarth screen part number is
TFT2P3062-V1-E and the Jeep screen part number is TDO-WXGA0700K00057-V1

Screen is not Abarth specific. Any Fiat 500 Facelift screen would fit.
