Hi :wave: i've been trying to sort something out for my dad's bike, the clutch fluid level is low and i need to top it up but can't, the 2 bolts on the top of the cap are rounded, i bought that JML tool from woolworths and it's made it worse, any dieas on what i could do? thanks :worship: :worship:

Drill it out carefully with a smaller bit, tap the hole in the screw, put in bolt, screw out using bolt.

You need a tap that is slighlty larger than the hole, Probably best someone else explains this, I know how to do it, but I'm no engineer and a worse teacher!

what happened? i'm fed up of bolts getting stuck! has anyone else bought JML screw/bolt remover, i can't get mine to work :bang:

If the heads of the bolts are pround try cutting a slot across the top with a junior hacksaw then use the largest srewdriver you have or an impact driver to turn it
