The guy is making money from MY idea and then has the cheek use photos of my car without asking permission! (2nd and 3rd photos are of mine)

He's also charging 40 notes plus P&P when you can buy the item directly from the Seat parts department for £25 maximum.

It would have to be somebody surfing on here to know what the splitter was in the first place. It requires alot of modification to fit so he'll have some angry customers.

By looking at the pic of what he is selling (the standalone pic) its the same one. If it wasn't the same one then surely it would come under the trade descriptions act anyway?...

I know theres nothing I can do about him copying my idea. Theres no patent etc so theres no point even going there.

As far as my photos go, if I contact him and forbid him to use them for advertisment purposes then he should have to take them down.
