Technical 98 punto 1.2 help needed

Hey guys! Newbie here!, just bought myself my first car! 98 fiat punto 60 sx 1.2

Where I need help is there is a hose/pipe missing! I believe this takes warm air from exhaust to the engine! I'm tryin to find replacement but no idea what it's called.

Any help!?

Also if ya have an general advice for me! Would be glad to hear it!!

I presume you mean the pipe between the exhaust manifold and the air filter which is a hot air duct Try a good motor spares shop, they should sell a length of silver concertina pipe which you can shape to fit.

For all that, most folk just bin it when it starts to look bad.

yep, we don't live in really really cold place - positively warm compared to say Sweden or Poland where these cars where also on sale. Not really needed in UK or Ireland at all.
