Greetings all!

so heres the deal - the car was alright when i left it about a week ago and when I come back home from my holiday i was trying to ignitate it(i was succedded only in the 10 time.. ) and suddenly the front windshield wipers started to work by them self and i could'nt turn them off until i shut the car off and the turn-lights won't work either no matter what I tried.
I think some water(a lot of rain was coming off in the recent days here) got into some part of the car and ruined some systems.
i've tried to check the fuse system but the problam isn't there. :(
ohhh, and a few hours later the horn started to horn by itself.
until i plug out the car battery it hadent stop.

I don't know what to do and meanwhile i prefer not to take it to the garage.

If any of you got some tip or anything that can help me i'll be glad.
and excuss me for my pour english

Thanx , ilia.

Hi Ilia,
From the e-mail you sent me I understand that you're israeli as well. For several reasons I don't use ICQ, so call me if you please on 054-6614236, maybe we can think of something. I'm from the Beer-Sheva area.
Greetings,
Alex

Hi Ilia,
my mobile is on 24/7 - because of my job :( , I need some sleep sometimes and I have two small kids at home. Anyway, call me from 8:00 to 18:00, usually I answer ;) .
I bet you speak Russian as well.
Call me,
Regards, Alex

Guys, sorry for going off the topic

i Had a tempra 1.6sx, with a 91 plate, the wipers would come on, and stay on, the only way to turn them off was to remove the fuse.
Twice i booked the car into a auto electrician, and cancelled because the problem rectified itself, after going over a sleeping policeman
I'm told it could be a stuck motor brush.
Fiats are well known for dodgy electrics
Cheers.
