Technical 77 Fiat X1/9

I posted in the newbies section, but figured I'd save my questions for this model specific area. I'll be sure to get some photos up. The previous owner started restoration, unfortunately by removing the whole interior and placing it into boxes. I have the Hayne's service manual, but cant seem to figure out what the two switches on either side of the gear shifter are. Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance!

They are rear defrost and a blank switch for fog lights.
