Just been on a m/way for my first time and I'm amazed at the fuel economy [:0]
It's amazing! I had my blower on all of the way, sun roof open and windows wide open when I wasn't on the m/way. Also on the way back I did most of it in 4th gear (italian tune up). To make things worse I was also slowing up a lot and accelerating hard (when people were cutting me up, which was most of the time). After all of this driving I still managed to get over 50mpg!
I did 80 miles in total, but 20 miles were done around the city and I would've averaged around 40mpg. This would mean that I got around 54mpg on the m/way.
Isn't this a kind of high mpg for an 899cc Sei in this situation?
btw, I saw a Cinq in the hard sholder and a Yellow one overtook me, anyone own either of these Cinqs? I waved at the one in the hard sholder
, but I don't think they saw me.
