General 500x rear parking sensors

Hi guys,

I'm about to buy a 500x Lounge and I was wondering how the rear parking sensors work. On my current car they show some kind of bars on the screen of the satnav. I've heard that on the 500x they show somewhere around the cluster. Don't really get that. Can you help me?

1.u have sound when car reversing.
2.on the small screen where speedometer is you will have small pictures.

This - works very well for me too.

And volume adjustable beeper.

Yep never bother looking at the screen,beeps work well and very accurate. At the solid beep you have about 12".

Would also add that if you ever want to fit a tow bar and not use the expensive CAN-Bus manufacturer's kit then the more common non CAN-Bus 7 way bypass unit with a Brink/Thule detachable swan neck tow bar does not (in my case) pick up the tow ball. I run permanently with the swan neck tow ball attached ( for rear end defence) with no issues.

I have noticed though that the sensors are quite sensitive and the build up of dirt and damp can make them trigger prematurely. Better to be safe than sorry.
