See that's your problem, you seem to think your way is the only way and that it's the best way of all for everyone. I haven't had a hangover for 5 and a half years and I'm happy with my life, I spent New Years on the couch with my wife etc etc. This is a car forum with lots of people who like varied types of cars, don't act like a baby and throw your toys out of the pram because someone disagrees with your opinion dude.....
This is my 1st hangover in 22 years! To be fair, I'm sorry, genuinely. See it from my way, came in from a great few nights and this was the first thing i read. I honestly don't go out of my way to annoy you or anything and I don't feel the Abarth is a rubbish car or anything, I just get annoyed when people like suzisue start throwing crap around like that. It annoys me as much as someone saying "How long till it starts rusting?" or "How many times did you break down on the way here?" about your Fiat when both you and I know they're probably better than a lot of German cars which pretend to be 100% reliable. Our next car will probably either be Italian, French or Japanese.... there's no way in hell I'll send a single penny of my money to Germany for a car.Anyhoo peace and I'm glad you enjoyed your time in Bristol

I think the Gordini is a bit silly because it's basically just a different trim level and would be as bad as Abarth just releasing a 1.4 non turbo 500 with some Scorpions on it and calling it an AbarthI feel the love already, (not the same love as he probably felt though) I'm changing myself this year, everybody else can stay the same if they wish!

) the Gordini is identical almost, but they've tacked up the interior even more with a few stuck on plastic bits. They should have upped the power so it's a slightly better competitor for the A500. Would be awesome to see both the Abarth rally car compete with the Twingo rally car. Who knows, maybe in series 15 of Top Gear in the summer?!
Well because of homologation rules the Abarth with always be in a different class to the Twingo. With a turbocharged engine the FIA takes the displacement of the engine and multiplies it by 1.7 so the FIA considers the Abarth to have a 2325 cc engine and of course the Twingo's is only a 1.6 so their performance is going to be a bit different.Agreed (i know your 1st name too

The only thing I don't like about the Abarth is that it looks a bit wanky. A Lounge with Abarth engine and suspension - now that would be cool!
Define wanky please, looks are the deciding factor for most people when they consider a new car, the Abarth 500 is no different, in fact, most people think it's a stunning looking car, as do I!
you think the lounge interior/exterior looks better than the apparently 'wanky' abarth? really?

I think Nicholas probably means he is thinks a bit of a q-car with the Abarth powerplant would be nice.
