Sorry if this is a silly question but does it actually run? Obviously it did for the last MOT but what about now?
Why not try eBay? Set a reasonable reserve price to the bare minimum you will accept and try it.
I personally think £350 is a little steep, particularly as there is a very special Panda in excellent for sale on this forum for £500.

Doesn't sound over-the-top to me, as long as it's basically sound.
4x4's are £500+ around here with a bit of ticket on them; so your's dosn't sound too bad. I've just bought a Sisely (F) for £100 with 42K on the clock but a lot of work to do; plus the fact it's been off-road for 2.5 years!
