hi i am purchasing a stainless supersprint manifold and cat replacer to back box and i wanna know what sort of gains to expect,

I looked into buying one of those a while ago. How much are you getting it for as i seem too remember it wasn't cheap. Where are you getting it from???

Not that much of a gain i would expect anything under 20hp to be great for a manifold and complete exhaust

i was hoping for about 10bhp from manifold and full system so it should be good!
its gonna cost £225 for the manifold and £104 for the centre section from fast fiat.

Go to powerflow for a centre section, mine cost me just over £60

Hmm, I can recommend a company called Tube Torque in Macclesfield. Got an extra 40BHp from a Focus RS by changing the manifold design!
