General 35mm

Ive read through a load of threads, ive gathered that a 35mm is the most beneficial (true?). I just want to double check that all i need to do this is the springs? Can i keep the existing dampers? as they are fairly new. Thanks
And if anyone has any for sale or knows of any, thanks

35 mm is supposed to be best for handling,it doesnt really lower much just looks standard,50mm however is the best of both worlds imo.It still handles ok and looks ok too

The dampers should be fine if fairly new
