General 2014 Fiat 500L Lounge beeps 3 times when stopping

Hello everyone,

I just purchased a used Fiat 500L Lounge and noticed that whenever I am approaching a stop sign and the speed drops below 4 mph, there are 3 beeps. This also sometimes happens in reverse.

It seems to be triggered by the speed dropping below 4mph, as it happened in a drive-thru line this afternoon. I am thinking this has to be some sort of safety sensor, but the beeping is very annoying and I'm on the verge of returning it if U can't get it to stop.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Definitely no warning message scrolling on the display when this happens??

Idea: does it have front RADAR..or Parking Sensors..??

No warning lights. It does have parking sensors.

I did some more drive testing and it happens when I am approaching a stop and get below 4mph. It beeps 3 times.

I did a software update that included a setting to turn the speedometer buzzer down, so I could make it much quieter but it is still there.
