I would like to know the vacuum route from the small bore pipe from the brake servo pump on the engine, via solenoid valves, egr cooler, wastegate solenoid etc. on route to the turbo. My thoughts are that as engine warms up to the point that EGR starts to operate it is somehow stopping the vacuum to the turbo wastegate, so I would like to know the operation better. A diagram would be great. Thanks
 
I've attached a page from eLearn describing the same on a 1.9 diesel. We don't appear to have any eLearn covering the 1.6 diesel, but it is likely to be similar. Hopefully this will help.

@Davren I see you have posted many of the eLearn downloads, do you have anything that contains the 1.6 diesel?

Edit: The page is titled 1.2 8v, but the detail is for the 1.9 diesel. eLearn sometimes does quirky things like this.

Thanks for getting back portland-bill but 2010 Doblo1.6 multijet different.
If any one has one, or has a printout and can follow the route the small bore vacuum pipe takes from the brake servo pump, via EGR actuator flap, EGR cooler wastegate solenoid etc. On the plastic EGR cooler there appears to be three unions with two used and one blanked off it would help. I think it possible that when the EGR flap is actuated it is stopping the vacuum to the wastegate on the turbo once warmed up as then it goes into limp mode until code P0238 is cleared again.
I have included some poor photos as not very accessible without dismantling. From left to right is the general path the vacuum seems to take.
