Technical 2009 Ducato Motothome Comfortmatic gearbox issues

I am experiencing issues recently with engaging gear. Sometimes it will work and at other times it will give some messages that there are issues with the transmission. The motorhome is normally plugged into the mains. The first time I experienced an issue was after a night that it wasn’t plugged into the mains. After leaving it connected overnight the vehicle engaged gear then. I also cleared the messages that were coming up on the dash. There were no further issues until yesterday when I found I had to try a few times to get the vehicle to engage gears again.
Has anyone experienced similar issues and possibly give me some advice please?

Check starter battery voltage with engine on and off. Low voltage can affect Comfortmatic workings. I had similar issue where battery was not charging properly and Comfortmatic wouldn't engage gear.

Also check hydraulic clutch fluid level in the small cylindrical reservoir. If it's empty you might have a bigger problem.
