Technical 2003 Door on a 2010 Eco Active

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if someone could guide me in the right direction_
I've got a 2010 Eco Active, the passenger side door has taken a battering and needs to be replaced -quoted £400 for a replacement!
Ive checked out a breakers and can get a 2003 door for £50, does anyone know if this will fit? I have noticed the mirror is different - will my mirror also fit on a 2003 door as well?
Any help would be great as I don't fancy spending £400 on a new door!
