thought I'd do a thread separate from the 100hp one.
Have booked the 1.2 in for the 1st year low mileage service with Wilson Fiat in Epsom (Surrey).
Low Mileage - £178.84
Standard Service - £197.12
For what's involved seems very pricey to me, how long will it take, 45 minutes tops? They're dearer than lawyers!

very pricey, be cheaper to drive to continental in tuffnell park (20 odd miles away) low mileage service about £130

bad enough getting her to drive to Epsom she'd never get to North London. OT but price related. Needed two new tyres for the C4 - Michelins. Ended up at Quik Fit - but pay on line before going £161. Print a quote from same web page £231. Ring up the local QF £270. How does that work.

in return for the £178.38 they forgot to stamp the service book and checking the oil I see it's not filled to max.
We did get Fully synthetic Mobil Oil (though maybe not as much as we should have had), an oil filter, £3.48 of gearbox oil (so does that mean it hadn't been filled properly at the factory or do they just stick it on the bill regardless). Also some fuel line cleaner and a mystery 'additive' and of course the usual sundry items charge.
Still seems a lot for what is basically an oil and filter change plus a look round.

that is very expensive,it would be worthwhile ringing them re price at the other garage,I would bet money they will drop there price to match if the think you are taking your buisness elsewhere

popped back to get the book stamped today, first time I'd been to the service department. Think I understand the pricing now, the reception area wouldn't have been out of place in a four star hotel.
