General 1996 punto 55sx 1.1 P reg

Hi someone has attempted to break in to my punto and has damaged the ignition so badly the car will not even start, I am looking to buy a new lock set and ecu only I do not know which one to buy i need to know if it is 6f or 16f. does anyone know this or an easy way to find out, I do not have the original car manual.
