Technical 1982 spider 2000 pulling hard right

Just bought a 82 spider 2000 that is pulling hard right at all speeds even when not braking. The entire front end was rebuilt by previous owner and brakes were redone recently as well. Any ideas on what it could be or fixes???

Probably just needs an alingnment but it could be that the previus owner has something incorrectly installed.
Also this is not likely as I am sure that you have checked but low tire pressure in the right front tire can act this way.
Another thing to check since you stated that the brakes were done recently is to see if the caliper is frozen and is not releasing completely from the rotor.
