hey guys we have a 1980 fiat spider in the shop, with the afm unplugged from the vehicle the vehicle starts and runs, with the afm plugged in the vehicle will sometimes start and then die quickly. I checked the fuel pump for ground and power It has good ground, power is only at 9.65 volts. wondering if it could be a wiring issue possibly somewhere in the vehicle.

this vehicle has a new distributor, rotor wires plugs. we have also replaced the afm, and the tps. a bit stumped on where to go from here. checked all intake lines and tubes for any cracks or air leaks no leaks found anywhere. not sure if this could possibly be a fuel pressure issue, unsure how to check at this time. can only tell that fuel pressure comes flowing pretty steady when disconnected from the fuel rail and non stop.

:bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

any help or guidance to other websites with electrical information would be great!!
