General 1973 Fiat 850 Spider questions

Need help with information on my 850 spider restoration project.

1) What is the color name and number for the photo below.
2) I am looking for a supplier for new or a refurbisher for the unique 1973 recirculating fuel sender.

As far as I know, the colour should be mentioned on the identification plate in the engine bay. However could be hard to read.
