Bought some 15s off ebay a couple of days ago which said it will fit my cinquecento sporting but my friend tried to put them on but said there is no point cause its to close to the springs, anyone else had that problem and solved it?

All depends on the offset and width of the alloys :) You need spacers by the sound of it :)

I notice that the seller has omitted the offset on his advert, and even suggests that they will fit punto and cento, even though the offsets are different.

Do the boxes have an ET number on them. or even the wheels themselves?

Cheers

lookin at those wheels mate, u need to find out the PCD as well, as they may will be 4x100 instead of 4x98 which the cento is....

as david said, there should be a stamp on the inside of the wheels which will have ET and a number, and maybe even the stud pattern... once u have those 2 numbers u will be able to tell wat size spacers you need, and you may even need wobbly bolts.
