Off Topic 100HP Section Please - Moderators

Anyway I'm off to bed for the night, it's been a strange day on here but I think that the vast majority of us realise that even though opinions may differ, we're all decent people and we just want to have a good time together and that whilst some comments might not be positive, they're not meant to insult or hurt.

Oh, like this section :p

https://www.fiatforum.com/tuning/

Or if modding their vehicle perhaps and wanting views etc then they could post properly and keep it all together in their MM thread

See there goes everyone arguing over a problem that didn't need to exist. The mechanics for sorting this are already in place.

Now if we could all learn to navigate the site and post in the appropriate sections all will be well :ROFLMAO:

Well I think something needs to be done and not just "oh stop it" will do. As for the specific tuning forum thats completely pointless. I made a post in the ICE section (yes there is one) about my head unit and get zero responses. I basically made the same post in the Punto Evo section and immediately got the answer I required. Most people bypass almost all sections and go straight to their own car section.

Well my position is clear, if certain people were a little less precious when it comes to any negativity towards 100hp related mods then the problem would cease to exist.

I don't have an 100HP, am I allowed to post a reply? ;P

Yes, there have been a LOT of 100HP threads lately, if I`m not interested in the title, I don`t read them (but if I`m bored, I do!)

Sometimes, I do learn things that way (by reading them when I`m bored).

So, for that reason, I don't think there should be a separate section for 100HPs.

After all, it is a Panda - but then, so are Cross's (which I never knew existed until coming here), 4x4s and so on. Should they all have THEIR own sections too?

No, they are all Panda's, and each has their own characteristics which is good to learn about.

IMHO :)

If the 4x4 gets its own section i think we should segregate those with the viscous couplings from those with the solenoid couplings.

I know it's been mentioned in a couple of threads but Mods if you are reading this can we please have a section or sub section for the 100hp?

It has already been mentioned but threads for general panda issues are getting lost amongst the increasing 100hp threads.

I'm sure the 100hp owners and non-owners would agree.

The Cento section managed for years with bargain basement 899cc up to Turbo/1.4 convestions.
A mixture of those using it for a -b transport up to people looking to squeeze every ounce/mod their car.
The Panda has just reached the same point in its life cycle

Now I'm not advocating this idea, but surely it would be better to have a general performance modification and cosmetic modification section rather than a 100hp section. At least then the 'modders' will be talking to like minds.

LIke the Tuning section some whined and petitioned for?

How many post in there?
Its only 'busy' through the posts dragged in via the tuning prefix

I'll probably get a pile of **** thrown at me from Portugal, but I think the whole problem started with Captainslarty venting his opinions as facts.
Namecalling, insulting, condescending remarks (and alot of words that come to mind I don't know the English translation for).
About ten percent of his posts are helpfull, but the others are just meant to stir ****.
And it really doesn't matter how many smilies you put in one post. An insult is still an insult.
Maybe it's me (since English is not my native tongue), but that's just how I see it.

my 2 cents.

Now off trying to find the "Ignorebutton".
