Technical 1.9 Multijet coolant leak - what's the part?

I noticed dropping coolant levels and I think I found the culprit. The leak seems to be one from one of the two hoses next to the A/C expansion valve.

I searched online for cooling parts, but I didn't find a spare for this connector/hose thingy. Does anyone know what's this part called and where I might find one?

I'm guessing the part I need is the nr 4 clip on picture 5/6, nr 46822100.
