General 1.3 Multijet?

Hi everyone

I've put a deposit down on a 1.3 multijet panda. 54 plate with 20,000 miles. The price is 4888 at an Arnold Clark dealer. Is it a wise buy or should I go for the 06 plate 1.2 Panda Dynamic with 3200 miles for 4295? Which is the best engine / car / buy?
