Technical 00 fiat bravo 1.2 engine change

I have a 00 1.2 fiat bravo just wondering would anyone know if a 1.4 1368cc engine out of a 05 fiat stilo also the gear box too would go into the bravo. I know there is a few bits that do need to be change etc Would the ecu match up with he engine. any help would be very helpful..

Hi,
ECU's are usually coded to the locks / body . etc,
not a simple swap over,

not sure about the specifics of the stilo mechanicals,

Not worth the hassle. Either buy a stilo, fix your brava's engine or replace with another 1.2, head gasket problem by any chance?

use the block from the stilo stilo and your head. Job done instant 1.4.

Am running that set up in my cinq.
