Hi guys!

First of all I wanna thank Ziomike for all diagrams and informations about Tempra digital dashboard and check control panel on his website :) This is documentation I've been looking for ages - THANKS!!! :worship:

I have one more problem - I'm looking forward such documentation for Tempra headlamp washer installation. I've changed my headbumper for version with washer (because of collision), I've bought another liquid tank with two electric pumps (instead of one), some tubes (all from original Tempra instalation) and now I'm waiting for special timer and 20A fuse for headlamp washer (they are coming by post). :)

When I'm looking at Ziomike's circuit diagrams I'm wondering if there are some more (uknown for me) parts of that device. I have no idea if it will be OK when I connect all these things together or it will need some deeper changes in electric installation. :confused:

So, Ziomike, would You be so kind and find documentation for headlamp washer similar to dashboard- and check panel documents? (in your free time of course) Some scans (if available) at your website would be very useful for me and maybe for the others.

the head lamp washers are wired to the side light curcuit,as they only work with side lights on,so you may need to check the lighting diagrams.................

Hi, not been here for a few days, sorry, just found the post so I'll delve into the manuals and see what I can find for the washers. One mechanical problem with the headlamp washers, the main seal around the 'pop out' bit in the sprayer sometimes goes and they leak slowly, usually you see a dribble down the bumper or a small puddle on the floor. These seals cannot be replaced, I've tried. You would have to replace the sprayer body or blank off the pipe. You go to use the windscreen washer and it empty, dribbled down the bumper !.

Give me a day or two to find the circuits.
