Is there a bolt missing in this intake cover?

Hello, I have just bought my Fiat Doblo 2016y 1.4 T-Jet 120 HP. I have noticed something suspicious that I have documented in the video attached below. It looks like there is a bolt missing.
Are my assumptions correct? Is there a possibility to find what kind of a bolt is assembled there by manufacturer? I just hope not to buy a spare one that is too long or too wide.

Oh, I can't add a link as a new forum joiner. Could any moderator help me with including a 10 sec youtube movie here?

Item 5 or 6 on the diagram below.

Just for the record, it turned out that this is by design and no bolts are missing there in the intake cover from the video. It's just a hook/catch that's holding the plastic cover and you have to jerk to take it off
