My steering is very heavy.

Tyres the correct pressure
Tracking done
New steering gear
I bought new king pins, had them machined and greased (1000 kms ago

Removed one ball joint and wriggled the hub back / forth and discovered the king pins were very STIFF.

Greased one hub and wriggled it for a minute with no result.

Any ideas what it could be
