Hi. I just have a question and apologies if i'm in the wrong thread.

Question:

if your car hazard lights are on, and someone hits you at the back of your vehicle, will the hazard lights in the front still be flashing?

A almost certainly yes unless there is extensive electrical shorting that blows the associated fuse(s).

Depending on the year of manufacture/flasher mechanism used then they may flash at a faster rate (normally associated with older style bimetallic flasher units). On more modern cars then the flasher on/off period is controlled by the body computer/node
