Hello guys, im in big trouble and getting grey hair ?I noticed the injector was leaking, and i bought new washers, but the old one was a pain in the a** to get out :( it took 3 hours and when i was finished i had made a big notch 2-3mm deep in the injector seating, so i cant get it to seal :( i was so stupid to hit it with the screwdriver :( what do i do now? Can i buy a injector seat cutting tool, and cut until its all nice again and then maybe fit 2 washers to compensate for the missing aluminum?
Thanks in advance.

Those kits are available on Ebay.
Did not need to use one, so can't comment on them.
I would NOT fit two washers.
Be carefull not to drop anything into the cilinder, though.
Next time when removing a sticky injector: spray it with carburetor cleaner, the gunk and debris will disolve in minutes, and the injector comes out easily.
One little trick: when everything fails, and the injector is still stuck, loosen the clampbolt 1-2 turns, and start the engine briefly, the compressoin will push the injector out.
Just replaced the copper seal on one of the injectors on my 2004 Alfa GT jtd with 240.000 mls, (380.000km's) came out easily, work was done within one hour....
