Duologic problem

OK, I'm a newbie with a serious urgent problem. Panda 2009 duologic. Started it, stayed in neutral, would not move out of neutral in manual or "auto". Towed to nearby authorized Fiat service, which we have always used. They replaced a fuse, returned the car. One week later, same problem, again towed to same place. Same service. They brought the car around front, my wife got in, started it, again would not leave neutral. Car is still with Fiat since Dec 30, they can't seem to find the problem. We live in Italy, this is the authorized service center, which has always provided good service for this and my classic '500, so this is especially aggravating. Please, any comments, ideas, suggestions, anything!!!

to be honest,
an auto-electrician should be able to find the cause of the blowing fuses

there MAY be a faulty electrical component.. or just poor wiring,
please do let us know what happens, and ideally what fuse,
Rating + fuseboard location,

There can only be a couple things wrong with the car ...

Number one the fuse that is being used isn't high enough for the amperage drawn by the motor/ gearbox modulator however this is very unlikely.
Consumers will only naturally draw the amperage that they need so for it to draw excessive amperage there must be either a short circuit to earth or powering something else.
I think your best bet is to have the main fused power wire replaced to eliminate a short circuit !!
