Head gasket changing (incl. special locking/tighten etc tools)?: 182B6000 (1.6l/76kW)

Hello.

I have an engine failure.

The motor is a "18 2B6000" (182b6000) with 1586ccm, 76kW, 4 cyl..

I want to change the head gasket.
But I need good detailed instructions.
I have a suitcase full of special tools (for locking, setting, tighten etc.) and a dial inidcator for the Fiat engine.
Like this: i.imgur com/FNyKBq2.jpg

I need an illustrated detailed repair guide that includes these tools.
Is there such a guide? A video would be perfect (y).
For the GDR (German Democratic Republic) "Simson" scooters existing perfect videos in studio quality (from the manufactor "VEB Suhl" himself) .

I want to have nothing to readjust.
Is that possible with these tools?
All fix?
But I know not to use the special tools.
There is no manual available.

If necessary, I would also execute instructions via Skype ;) .

Thanks,
Tobias Claren

This is the 1.6 16v motor out of a Multipla (for example?). .

As far as I know there is no video (unless someone has put one on You Tube).

See this for details of other cars/engines which use the same tools: there will be a manual for one out there somewhere!

This is only a part of my tools, and there is not a manual in des description.
And i am very sure, also not if i would buy this tool.

Exists a good general tutorial for changing the head gasket?

Not, I think, for that engine. As with all DOHC engines, the big trick/problem is getting the cams back in the correct position (this is the same problem you'd face if replacing a cam belt).

Note that the Stilo (in 1.6 form) uses the same cam tools: the factory manual (eLearn, IIRC) is in the Downloads section.

I Think, for this locking problem(s) are locking tools in this big case.
For example, look at the picture (I do not have 5 posts ;-) ) at the left side. There are 6 Camshaft locking blocks in 3 colours.
But I do not have a manual for the tools. OK, I think/hope this camshaft locking blocks are not a problem. But the other tools...

Tobias, I agree with what 'fingers99' has suggested re the eLEARN modules download section of this forum, has helped me greatly. You might be able to find a manual for a similar model Fiat for the headgasket replacement procedure from Haynes, Clymer or some other publisher? Perhaps you can find a friendly mechanic in a local garage willing to give you some info.?
You might post another few posts to reach 5 posts and then put up some pictures of the tools you have , possibly another member can then help?
Good luck, Al.
