Hi I’m trying to find my OBD socket on a fiat idea 1.3 diesel ona 04 plate; I found a socket near just blow the battery slightly forward boltedto the wing it’s a different shape to what I’m used to if it’s what I’m lookingfor can anybody tell me what’s it’s called so I can try to find an adapter formy reader?
(I’ve tried to put a photo on I hope it works)

My snap on solus says right hand side behind a panel I don't think that is your obd port in the picture.
I am in Surrey if you need to read codes

It will be inside the car not under the bonnet I reckon

Just read the Solus drags and it says
Passenger side. Lower dashboard unscrew panel first
Hope this helps but it could be on the drivers side as I think the Snap on Solus thinks all cars in Europe are Left hand drive
