Hi guys anyone know the correct clutch rod distance re calibration of the Punto dualogic system. The clutch has been replaced I know on an Alfa selespeed its around 28.5mm but this is a punto 1.2 8v 04 reg .Mine shows 12.5mm with the key on mar, i havnt a clue if its wrong:mad:

The Fiat system does not need adjusting to a preset length like the Alfa. The system needs to be run through the clutch bite learn via Examiner to reset itself for the new clutch.

thanks for your help.Today i purchased fiatecuscan (having previously had the free version) the current version does end of line but i cannot get it to work it works on my alfas so me thinks its related to the fiat actuator the pump works but it wont even start eol hence my theory re clutch rod lenght.Any thoughts would be welcome. The car has a new clutch overhauled gearbox and new dualogic ecu still no joy .

Not sure, as there's many reasons for it to not allow start-up. Does Fiatecuscan do the clutch bite learn though?- End of Line calibration is a seperate thing. ;)

My fiatecuscan tells me if there is a fault usually saying gear desellection cos it goes from 1st to neutral with the engine running, will go through the lot in mar.Wont do eol maybe its my lack of knoweldge hence my enquiry.Incidently the car runs at 40+bar hydraulic pressure but the bleed valve on top of the actuator does nothing when undone.
