Hi i have a 2007 Grande Punto 1.9 diesel and noticed the tempreture goes up beyond normal, the cooling fans do not cut in, i thought it maybe the relays but there are 2 relays, 1 for each speed, i doubt both have gone at once, aparently there is a resistor on the fans themselves, any ideas?

Could be a blown Maxi Fuse.
