Would there not be many many combinations though? Still good idea, thanks, i`ll visit the local stealer this week and see if they can help.

Not directly but if you are prepared to knacker some sockets then you can get most of off.

Have a little Google - plenty of video examples of how to do it.

The other more socket friendly way to remove them is to buy a lenght of hex bar or some bolts and weld the bar/bolts to the top of the locking nut/bolt and remove normally.

Do not try drilling and using a stud extractor becuase if you break the stud extractor bit you will be in real trouble.

why stealer:confused:

You never visited the alfa/fiat dealer that used to be in ipswich, suffolk :D

Thanks for the welding advice nick, never thought of that, dont mind buggering up sockets, but welding maybe the easiest solution.

Edit, just thought, would the weld not break before the wheel bolt racked loose, if it was done up using an airgun then could it be too tight to undo, and just break the weld?

Only one way to find out, but you should be OK. AND take care no to burn or splatter the allow wheel with the welding.
