Ok...Ive seen all the stuff about re-mapping and chips, induction kits etc. The various tuners listed on the site are all miles away and to be honest I cant be bothered to travel for a day just to add a couple of bhp to my roadcar. I do however have a rolling road locally that does all sorts of re-mapping.
I take it the standard ECU can be plugged into a lap top? Is the software to read and alter its set up available?

It will set you back more to get the software than going to the specialst people via Alaska. I wouldn't advise you trying to this yourself.

Speak to your RR and find out. An induction kit can be sent if that is the problem.

I wasnt planning on doing it myself....I can build an engine, but I'm not brave enough to start mapping etc. The RR in question mostly fits aftermarket ECUs such as EBD and Emerald to cars (fitted an Adaptronic to my Renault Alpine last year), so I dont suppose he will have specific software for my Fiat.....that was really my question.....the software and availability.
