Just won brand new roof rack (5 door) on e-bay for £40.00 but aint got a clue how to put it together. Anybody got a set of instructions that might help?

No idea how they fit together but wouldn't have thought it would be too difficult - you may even be suprised and find that your dealer knows how they fit [:0]

Luck is my middle name today. The seller lives 2 miles from me and he hand delivered them to me saving money on the postage. He closed the auction early as he took this into account.

Did you get your 5-door roof bars from the guy that won them for £30 earlier in the week from Priory garage who advertised on Ebay the other week!?

I see this all the time on Ebay, folk win stuff and then sell it instantly but set the reserve at the same price they paid, so they never loose out!

I won the set of 3 door roof bars on ebay at the same time the 5-door ones were online first time round! Just need a couple of bike racks and i'll be happier, well if/when my car gets fixed! [V]

I think you'll find that those bars from Priory went for £67.00. I think the idea is to make more than £10 a go. Book price says £130.00 so good deal in all.

No it wasn't. I had no interest in the 3 door bars so only watched the 5 door bars go up to £48.00 before I pulled out. This was well before the end of auction.

Yeah well i was kinda pressured by the wife in the end, with promises of cycle carriers and the get fit regime that never seems to start! More reason to get fit, we've got a fit young thing working in the office! Not that i'm trying to get fit for her benefit you understand, i just need to get fit to keep up whilst working on-site!
