General centre caps

Where can I get these from for the 16" alloys? I'm assuming it's a dealer only jobby and how much are they?

With the constant taking on/off of the wheels one of the plastic things has snapped on each side

There was a thread on here somwhere about fiat alloys which he bought on ebay and they had centre caps missing cant think who it was but I remember they where claws :chin: I think I need to regenerate my brain

Hmmm the coupe had the same size alloys as the Stilo as well i think :chin:

Just phoned FIAT dealer and they stock them for the 16" alloys at £6.95 + VAT each incase anyone else is interested

Brill, one of mine simply fell off whilst parking! I'd blame the Fiat dealer who changed my tyres but that was the only wheel that wasnt changed!

Edit: wait, this is for the standard 16"Alloys on the 3 Door Dynamic?

yep this is for the 16" alloys, but the guy on the phone said they stock them for all Stilo alloys so just give your local friendly dealer a ring and see if they have any in stock

I take it the dealer would stock or atleast be able to arder all sized centre caps? Anyone? ONe of mine flew off the other day, i then found it by the side of the road on the way back and now its gone again!

Yep they should stock all FIAT alloy centre caps at a similar price, give them a ring to see if they have any in.

One of mine was incorrectly fitted when I had my timing belt done. Spotted it whilst cleaning the car. Either my FIAT dealer was after some more business or he was in a rush coz he had me sitting on his back (the latter I think).

They have a small metal spring ring that holds the clips in place. If the spring is gone, so is the centre cap.

Just to let everyone know.. make sure you order the right centre cap for your alloys because there are a few different types. My standard 15" alloys had a sort of groove on them and the centre cap carried this groove in the design but my new claws are different.

Just so you don't end up with silly looking centre caps :yum:

That'll probably have been me! Yes was for my Claws - Got um from Dealer - around £20 for a set of four - didn't think that was too bad for a dealer.
