Ok after a Month and a half my diff has ****ed up again!! Had been crunching going into 2nd and reported it to them when it was getting a droplink and a box mount replaced and obviously they never bothered their arses checking it out. All it needed was the clutch adjusted cos with the clutch on the floor it still crunched. Driving last night doing my deliveries and heard the same noise as last time and knew straight away wat it was. So after 2500 miles say goodbye to gearbox number 2 which will also mean another driveshaft on the passengers side! So raging and extremely fed up of the car. 23k on it and 2 serious problems.

I am giving up with it so if anyone wants a set of 50/30 springs which cost me over £200 and a 2 month wait coming special order from Eibach gimme a shout as the cars getting no more money spent on it and nothing else is being done. All styling plans etc are now CANCELLED!!

Don't really understand Juego

The clutch isn't adjustable as it's hydraulic operated. If you can't get it to disengage then there's something up with the clutch hydraulics.

What has a crunching gear 2 got to do with the diff?

Changing gear with a clutch that isn't disengaging and crunching gears puts an immense strain on the g/box components and kills it in no time

Well all my gearbox internals are being replaced as it has mashed them up. Wonder if it'll go again? Am not keeping it now tho it's going asap. Going for a Mk5 Fiesta Zetec S
